Flavor! Napa Valley: Terrior to Table: Back to School
Tomorrow’s top toques are prepped and primed at the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone in St. Helena. This Back to School immersion offers an educational tour of the storied Greystone Winery and ‘shopping’ trip through the campus’ extensive culinary gardens, where ingredients will be gathered for the day’s cooking lesson and carried to the Flavor Discovery Center kitchen and dining room for a hands-on cooking class led by Chef Instructor Scott Samuel and a handpicked committee of CIA students. Dinner paired with wines selected by the CIA staff will follow.
