Celadon Winemaker Dinner
Celadon comes together for a winemaker dinner celebrating wine makers Christine Barbe and Philippe Langner and Proprietors Clay and Brenda Cockerell of Toquade, Coquerel Family Wine Estates and Hesperian. The menu will include the following items: 2010 Coquerel Verdelho, Prosciutto and Extra Virgin Olive Oil on Melon, Crostin with Chevre and Black Olive Tapenade, 2010 Toquade Sauvignon Blanc, Pan Seared Day Boat Scallop with Tatsoi, Watermelon Daikon, Yuzu-Wasabi Dressing and Indonesian Sweet Soy, 2009 Coquerel Sauvignon Blanc, Roast Butternut Squash and Pear Soup with Spiced Lobster, 2007 Hesperian Cabernet Sauvignon, Coquerel Petite Sirah,Red Wine Braised Beef Short Rib and Sautéed Kale Ravioli, Red Wine Sauce and Horseradish Cream, Coquerel La Douce Revanche, and Vanilla Bean Crème Brulée with Caramelized Bananas.
