Bouchaine’s Provence en Carneros
Chef Yvon Goetz, executive chef/partner of The Winery Restaurant, named restaurant of the year by The Orange County Concierge Association, will show how he creates wine country cuisine from two continents.
You’ll then enjoy a five-course meal with paired Bouchaine wines in the Carneros garden: YG’s Alsatian pizza, Roasted butternut squash and shrimp bisque, Pinot-braised short ribs, Herb de Provence-crusted lamb chops, Wild mushroom risotto and fall vegetable medley, and“The Winery” lavender-vanilla creme brulee.
