The public is invited to an opening art reception for Napa native, Freeland Tanner. Inspired by a wide range of elements, from natural patterns to tramp art, Freeland reinterprets Black Forest design and Baroque ornament, using found birch and sequoyah branches into elaborate mirror frames and furniture that is both whimsically enchanting and technically fascinating. All of his work showcases his extreme attention to detail, playful interpretation of history.
