Sample superb wines and an array of delicious truffle appetizers while meeting and mingling with the hosts and special guests - Robert Chang and Dr. Paul Thomas of the American Truffle Company, Chef Ken Frank of La Toque, the Michelin Star Chefs, keynote speaker Colman Andrews, and mycologists/mushroom forager guides David Campbell and Stephanie Jarvis.
