The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone invites local families to join us for our annual Holiday Open House.

The annual creative array of gingerbread houses made by St. Helena’s local children will be on display. The frosting and sprinkles will flow freely as kids decorate sugar cookies.  Santa will make an appearance as will the St. Helena Catholic School Choir and the St. Helena Adult Choir as they provide Christmas carols.  Everyone will be treated to festive foods, and seasonal drinks.  The Wine Spectator Greystone Restaurant will be open and featuring seasonal dishes made with the best local ingredients.
