The Unauthorized have shared stages with or opened for some of the biggest names in Rock, including The Beach Boys, Elton John, Journey, Molly Hatchet, Pete Best, Taylor Dayne, Gary Wright, Al Stewart, Ambrosia, Chaka Khan, and more.

They have become something of a legend in their home town of San Francisco. Former San Francisco Mayor Willie Brown was quoted as saying "I love the Unauthorized Rolling Stones," and former Mayor and current Lt.Governor Gavin Newsom has expressed his love for the band many times.
