Back Room Wines presents the food-friendly, magical, and under-appreciated wines of Alsace on this Friday evening. Alsace wines are famously tasty both with or without food. For this tasting we focus on white wines made for the dinner table. Riesling, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Gewurztraminer, Muscat and perhaps others will be featured.
