During our dinner classes, we create more complex menus with an emphasis on beer and wine pairings. We’ll showcase Napa Valley wines and breweries, paired with amazing produce from Chef Malcolm’s own farm and some of the finest local ingredients from local purveyors. Not only will you cook an incredible meal under the watchful eye of a professionally trained chef, but you will sit down and enjoy the food that you have just prepared.
