Join us for our annual Winter Wine Club dinner, including a 5 course wine and food pairing, created by Winery Chef Jeff Mosher. This special year, there will be a live musical performance by acclaimed jazz musician Ed Reed for your listening and dancing pleasure. The evening will be hosted by our winemaker, Genevieve Janssens.

• Hors d'oeuvres: 2010 Unoaked Chardonnay paired with Gougeres and House-cured Salmon Blini
• Amuse Bouche:2011 Fumè Blanc Reserve paired with Seared Bigeye Tuna
• First Course: 2010 Pinot Noir Reserve paired with Sonoma Duck Confit
• Entree: 2009 and 2001 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve paired with Grilled Beef Ribeye
• Dessert: 2001 Sauvignon Blanc Botrytis paired with Baked Apple Gingerbread
