Bouchaine Chef Series: Cajun Country Picnic
Chef Jaime Hernandez, Executive Chef of Juban’s Creole Restaurant of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, brings his own brand of Cajun and Creole cooking to Napa. Chef Jaime has won “Best Fine Dining,” “Best French Creole,” and “Best Gourmet” awards. He’ll show us his special “Essence of Gumbo!”
You’ll then join us in our cozy, candlelit cellar to feast on a sumptuous six-course meal with specially paired Bouchaine wines!
