On Valentine’s Day at The Grill at Silverado, Chef de Cuisine Pablo Jacinto will offer a three-course prix fixe menu including a glass of sparkling wine for. Dishes include Slow Braised Dixon Farms Lamb Shank and Chocolate Mousse with Toasted Coconut Wafer. A “Sweet Specials” menu, priced à la carte, will also be offered February 15 through February 16, in addition to the regular menu.
