Make your visit to the Napa Valley a gourmet experience to remember. This 3-day Culinary Vacation teaches foundational skills including various cooking techniques, knife skills, stocks and more. Students will make stock which is used as a base for other recipes and sauces. Menus are seasonally based and incorporate a variety of cuisines. The classes are tailored to each participant’s level and whatever your level you will leave with new skills and knowledge.
