In this class you enjoy a full menu of recipes featuring the bright, bold flavors of Mexico. You will prepare and enjoy some favorite dishes from Mexico and the region of Puebla where the battle was fought. The menu will include dishes such as Jicama Orange Slaw with Pepitas; Spiced Camote; Chiles en Nogada and we’ll finish with Caramelized Plantains with Pineapple Syrup and Crema. We round out the menu with a homemade Sangria. Come join in the fun and start your Cinco de Mayo celebration early
