Bouchaine's April Chef Series: Spring, Italian Style!


Nationally renowned Chef Kevin Garia of Morello Italian Bistro in Greenwich, CT, brings his Italian flair to Bouchaine’s "ode to Spring." Chef Kevin honed his skills at the legendary Jean Georges Vongerichten's Prime Steakhouse and with Mario Batali at Del Posto in New York. He's featuring the flavors of Rome, Tuscany and Sicily in tonight’s special menu and pairing them with fabulous Bouchaine wines. He'll teach his tricks for preparing authentic Italian fare. Come join Bouchaine on its lovely deck overlooking the vineyards to feast on this sumptuous menu!

Red Snapper Crudo with citrus, sea salt & Sicilian olive oil
Insalata di Vipore - mixed greens tossed with scrambled eggs, pancetta
Farroto with Spring Vegetables
Stuffed Roasted Quail with grilled radicchio & smoked bacon
Artisanal cheeses, nuts and mustard fruits
Creme-filled Bomboloni with chocolate sauce
