Holiday Cooking Class with Chef Scargle

He will be presenting hands-on quick and simple tips on how to prepare delicious fixings for your Thanksgiving spread. Side dishes include a lemon thyme, brioche stuffing, caramelized Lucy carrots, walla walla sweet onions and chefs special cranberry dressing.
