The Culinary Institute of America (CIA) invites you to romance your valentine at the ultimate destination for food and wine lovers. Spend quality time together learning about food and wine in our romantic castle setting.
Our “crop up” Conservatory Restaurant will be open for dinner Friday and Saturday, February 14 and 15 from 6pm - 9pm. Located in our cozy Williams Center on campus, this intimate dining experience is highlighted by the incredible multi-course menu made by our students, and features local ingredients from our CIA student farms and other neighboring producers. The cost is $65 per person without wine pairings, and $105 with.
Our Wine Spectator Greystone Restaurant will also be open Friday and Saturday, February 14 and 15 from 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. This restaurant serves lunch and dinner, inspired by local, seasonal ingredients and global flavors.
